Agreement
By using Tacktile ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
What Tacktile Provides
Tacktile is a physical todo system with thermal printer integration. The Service lets you create todos and telegrams, schedule them for printing, and complete them by scanning QR codes.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person per account — no shared accounts.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Send abusive, harassing, or threatening content via telegrams
Content
You own the content you create on Tacktile (todos, telegrams, sketches). We do not claim any ownership over your content. We access your content only to provide and operate the Service.
Google Calendar Integration
If you connect Google Calendar, Tacktile accesses your calendar data in read-only mode to display events when scheduling todos. This integration is optional and can be disconnected at any time. Our use of Google data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Hardware
Tacktile printer hardware is provided as-is. Firmware updates are delivered over-the-air. We are not responsible for damage caused by power surges, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
Termination
You can stop using Tacktile at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted.
Limitation of Liability
Tacktile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
